Prior to launching her HR consulting practice Leticia Hampton, founder of HRFunctions, served in Human Resources Management for Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare, and high technology sectors. She has vast generalist experience as an internal and external HR consultant at both corporate and regional levels in both union and non-union work environments.

Leticia is close to completing her master’s degree in Human Resources. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach where she was honored as The Most Outstanding Graduate in the School of Business.

Leticia has attained SPHR certification and is also certified in the following areas: Facilitation and Deployment of SDI tools (Strength Deployment Inventory), Conflict Resolution/Work Relationships, Facilitation of DDI Targeted Selection tools and methods (Development Dimensions International), DDI Performance Management Systems, and Communication Styles by the Strength Deployment Inventory.
